Outside Sales Representative

• The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business, with developers, hardware stores and retail outlets, as well as perform cold-calls to generate new sales. This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have an ability to conduct product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business

• Service existing clients
• Effectively demonstrate product line
• Establish relationships with retailers including hardware stores, garden centers and developers

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success
• Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
• Existing relationships with retailers is favored.

Production Labourers

What you'll do:

• Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials
• Transport raw materials, finished products and equipment throughout plant manually or using powered equipment
• Assist machine operators, assemblers and other workers
• May assist with minor repairs and maintenance
• Remove rubble and other debris
• Clean and remove excess debris from molds and other equipment

Millwright / Fabricator

• This position will consist of experience with CNC machine,fabrication & design.We are currently in the process of expanding andadding automation to the production lines so experience with robotics andautomation is a requirement.Eco-Flex is also installing new manufacturingfacilities in the USA to which these will require automation set up in the nearfuture.

• Train and supervise staff
• Act as spokesperson for an organization
• Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
• Answer written and oral inquiries
• Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
• Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
• Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys
• Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events for publicity,
• fundraising and information purposes
• Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs
• Gather, research and prepare communications material
• Initiate and maintain contact with the media
• Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions
• Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations,
• Website content and press releases
• Develop marketing strategies
• Complete sales transactions
• Identify and assess potential institutional, business and individual client markets
• Develop marketing plans
• Complete and process international purchase orders
